integration of images, graphics, video sequences; recording and presenting of incoming and outgoing correspondence, presentation of lab results in form of lists or graphs, switchable presentation to medical record or index file format.

 Programme module "routine check-up"
Program for appointment monitoring of regular routine check-ups with alternative representation of due dates for patient groups or the current patient.

 Programme module "document management"
Integrated text processing with access to all data of the database with MS-WinWord™; administration of document frames and text modules; serial letters processing; form generator to create own forms; administration of created documents with search functions;
MS-Word™ licences not included.

 Programme module "dialysis regime"
Dialysis basic data, dialysis prescription, dialysis synopsis, dialysis calendar and configurable occupancy plan; dialysis list printing, dialysis protocol printing, basic data administration for dialyser, concentrates/surrogates etc.
consumption control of dialysis material and medicaments.

 Programme module "internal mailing system"
Integrated mailing system similar to Outlook for sending of internal messages to user groups or individual user. Integrated function of automatic notification when opening a patient's file.

 Programme module "contact details"
Program for the collection of addresses and telephone numbers of supplier, service provider, Taxi companies etc.

 Programme module "user administration"
Programme for administration of user and user groups including the authorisation of access to data, programmes and individual programme functions; set up and management of user rights for the different patient groups. Optional function for user login via fingerprint sensor or user chip card is possible.
