Our company was founded in 1989 and is based in Unna, Germany.
We are an internationally operating company that develops and markets
medical standard user software for clinics, hospital out patient departments,
doctor's practices and dialysis units.

| Our products |
Our dialysis information system NEPHRO 7 occupies by far the biggest market share in Germany
with more than 600 users. OEM-versions of this information system are called Finesse ProDB and
Nexadia Database. These are mar-keted internationally via cooperation partners Fresenius Medical
Care and B. Braun Avitum. MedVision AG is the world market leader regarding IT for dialysis providers.
Our information system provides a large number of functions and integrated solutions. These enable the
doctors and nurses responsible to treat their chronically ill patients in an efficient and economical way.
Functions as patient management, medical record, dialysis module, text processing, creation of doctor's letters,
billing module, material management and quality assurance support our users. Efficient control, evaluation and reporting
functions optimise the complex processes at a dialysis unit. In addition we provide an interface to Clinic and Laboraratory
specific information systems.

| Our team |
MedVision AG employees are highly qualified with University degrees and long standing medical IT experience.
In addition several team members can always refer to their hands on nursing experience in the field of Haemodialysis
or Laboratory diagnosis. At the moment we have 25 full time employees, 4 sub contractors and 2 apprentices.

Our customers are nephrology practices, dialysis centres, renal units and Hospital dialysis departments. In addition
to our large customer share in Germany, we support a steadily growing number of European and Asian customers. Our custom
made hard and software solutions and our broad experience regarding medical IT system installation and training makes us
a competent partner for our many users.

| Our company history |
Our company was founded in 1989 under the name of Innovative Computertechnik GmbH (Ltd.), situa¬ted in Ber-gisch Gladbach, Germany.
In 1996 we changed our company from a LTD (GmbH) to a PLC (AG) under the name of ICT Software AG and relocated to Unna, Westfalen.
Our increase in international business saw us change our name in 2000 to MedVision AG.
